UCD FUTURE YOU PROGRAMME

Future You is part of the UCD Access and Lifelong Learning outreach programme for schools. The programme aims to raise aspirations about progression to third level education through a suite of activities including schools and campus visits, students shadowing days and summer schools.

Students from St Tiernan's Community School were invited to participate in this programme. There are presently 25 students taking part. The programme of activities includes three visits to UCD, six mentor visits to the school, an Eater revision course, three parent and student workshops and participation in the UCD Open Day. The programme also offers an invitation to apply for a UCD scholarship.
