Office Administration with Reception Skills

FRONT OFFICE and RECEPTION  - Certified by  FETAC at Level 5
Description
This is a full-time course, delivered over one academic year. Students' work is assessed by means of written and oral coursework, practical skills tests and examinations. Work Experience forms an important part of the course.

Aims
The course aims to provide students with the interpersonal, communication and technical skills required for frontline contact with clients, customers and suppliers.

Entry Requirements
Normal requirement is Leaving Certificate, with a minimum of 5 passes, or Leaving Certificate Applied.

Mature students without formal qualifications may apply.
