INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Description

This is a full-time course, delivered over one academic year. Students' work is assessed by means of written and oral coursework, practical skills tests and examinations. Work Experience forms an important part of the course.

Aims
The course aims to provide students with a broad range of skills in the Software Development and Applications areas of Information Technology.

Entry Requirements
Normal requirement is Leaving Certificate, with a minimum of 5 passes, or Leaving Certificate Applied.

Mature students without formal qualifications may apply.
